Ezoic Ads + Cloudflare was the cause, it kept infecting over my subdomains and I had to change cloudflare API rules to not interfere with it.
But then I guess Ezoic integration just broke and now I can't get it to return.

So uhhh, it turns out ever since I moved the server. IP address fetching has been broken fetching cloudflare IPs instead.
Which broke bans, let spambots in, logged out of admin panels constantly.
This is now fixed.
Registration is now open again.
The DLL Archive has a small upgrade.
The master list now has a table of contents. So doesn't display 72k links at once lagging the browser and server.
Also, the CSS has been improved with nicer padding, and slight improvements when viewing on mobile.

I'm not the one with the brains on this operation, but I think in this latest release the DRM was patched manually for this check, while in the past it was just worked around steam emulators.
Supposedly that made it work under WINE, idk what's triggering the error though.
