Whenever I try to run the mmf2u.exe with wine it doesn't work. Running it in the terminal gives me this lovely message:

Wine version: wine 10.0

Pls help, I probably screwed something up

I guess LTDF1367 (the cracker) put in a cheeky easter egg.
I just checked the non resource hacked exe too, the mmf2u_boring.exe crack. It also has the KYS message.
UPDATE: yeah just confirmed with him

LTDF1367 was also first to report it worked under WINE so it makes sense why the hidden message is there

I just tested myself and it's working for me under WINE 10.17 (development branch), so I'm not sure. I did install the visual C++ runtimes though.

we have problems here with this crack, i got an error while trying to start it up: System Error. The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNCHTIME140.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem and then System Error. That's a common error, you're missing the Visual C++ 2015 runtimes.
Normally steam handles this for you, but as Fia the Braixen would say on DLL archive:

yeah i installed it, im making demo vids for yt showing the clickteam software. little series, and vegas really helps woth the basic editing

btw my mom is gonna buy this book for me called elementary game programming using jamagic on amazon but it comes with a cd with a trial ver of jamagic and a trial ver of milkshape 3d and once it arrives ill dump the cd and go to the library to scan the cd and ill upload it to the archive and here

btw my mom is gonna buy this book for me called elementary game programming using jamagic on amazon but it comes with a cd with a trial ver of jamagic and a trial ver of milkshape 3d and once it arrives ill dump the cd and go to the library to scan the cd and ill upload it to the archive and here

apparently the jamagic trial has the publishibng companys branding, the book is pretty cool, published by charles river media, they make a lot of game dev books and they all come with CDs, trying to get more to rip the cds

I'm on the wayback machine and I'm looking at clickteam.com and it used to be called clickteam creative shareware and we have more lost media (maybe) I found some product names on the old site, they are prob lost media forever and also jamagic actually used to be called Jama3D, they also made there downlaod pages for there products in zdnet

Actually I may as well dump this old PC User magazine, literally no idea where the CD is now but I did make an ISO and its been on my dropbox for nearly 15 years
