Hello everyone! So I assume everyones been seeing the breakthroughs with AI as of late.
A game I've adored for two decades is a simple puzzle game called Magic Ball 2, but has had numerous issues on modern PC's.
First of all on Windows 10+ there is no sound at all. Additionally the game uses locked resolutions and I had to make a janky tool to patch in custom ones as seen here.

That all changes today, Claude Opus 5.5 has taken a shot at repairing the game and found that the games "MoleBox" DRM was responsible for breaking sound under modern Windows.
So it got rid of it by unpacking the original executable, as a side bonus it reads all game assets from simple folders making modding the game very easy.
As for the other graphics mode issues, it also made a patched the main executable that loads it's own "mb2fix" injector, which lets you have widescreen support, borderless full screen and automatically picking your desktops resolution. It can also use 32-bit modes instead of 16-bit modes.
...Since the original only had 6 hardcoded 16-bit resolutions for whatever reason...

Anyway! Enjoy!
The sources for the tools it made are also included, along with the original unpacked executable before the mb2fix thing.
