Recently. I been trying to email my cousins for help. I am going through immigration and I supposed to return to US but stupid immigration wanted me to pay up three hundred thousand and I don't have that kind of money.

I was required by the embassy to call my family members there. Unfortunately My family in US are two different things: health issues and toxic!
What should I do about this? it looks like nothing is going to happen until the immigration might arrest me or something? Whatever the consequences will be.
My family are not cooperating and the embassy will not let me exit Cebu until bastard immigration get paid off.

the big question is dealing with the immigration and the embassy. I am in the Philippines if anybody is familiar how their piece of shit system works there? All I can say is they are criminally holding my ass up like prisoner here as far as nobody is going to come pick me up from the airport and nobody is going to help me.

Its a terrible shame my family in the US are not good people and they don't care about me. I have family in Philippines but they are very poor and also not much help. but at least they're nicer than my family in US.

ok, i got this from ai
It sounds like you are in a nightmare scenario where the Philippine government and the U.S. Embassy are stuck in a standoff over your debt, and your family isn't stepping up.
Here is the bottom line of how to handle this:
  • The Problem: You likely have a massive overstay fine (around 300,000 PHP) and the Bureau of Immigration (BI) won't give you an Exit Clearance until it’s paid.
  • The Family Issue: The Embassy’s first rule is "family must pay." Since yours won't, you must officially declare them unwilling or unable to help. Documentation of their refusal helps your case.
  • The Solution (Repatriation Loan): You need to ask the Embassy for a destitution loan (Form DS-3072). This is a government loan that pays for your flight and potentially some fees to get you home.
  • The Catch: If they give you this loan, they will likely limit your passport so you can only fly straight back to the U.S., and you can't get a new one until you pay the government back.
  • The Action Plan: Contact the U.S. Embassy in Manila (not just Cebu) at +63 (02) 5301-2000. Tell them you are destitute, have no family support, and are being held against your will due to immigration fines you cannot pay.

ok maybe I was exaggerating a bit. the truth is my cousins are not whom I used to grow up with. They badly outgrown themselves and I told them that I am afraid its not going to work out if you two come to the airport to pick me up. We used to be gaming buddies long time ago and I think they just forgot who they used to be! I was horrified when I saw them on Instagram and I discovered they're not really into gaming anymore but stupid tattoo business and boxing. What the hell?!

it was a bit too hard for me to believe if this is the correct person I was contacting with or not. I remember my late mother told me that John likes to boxed but she never told me about Nick being a tattoo barber something I wouldn't like lol.

Solution? I am afraid finding a ideal replacement would be my very last resort. Problem is Im not sure if the embassy are doing to accept this or not. I think finding a couple friends just like them would be great but will they let me stay at their place is one question I have to ask when I seek a replacement with my cousins.

They have to look like them but nicer and into gaming otherwise I won't accept! Another condition they have to be brothers otherwise I won't feel like they're John and Nick without being brothers. I don't care what their job should be. I just want the old John and Nick the way they were in the 90s and thats my ideal replacement.
