This is relatively what I eat in a single day and this has been my day to day diet for a while with some cheat meals but I want to make it none
For every 100 kcals you want to eat 10 grams of protein,
You need fibers, potassium, magnesium, and iron to prevent fatigue, B12 or any B vitamin to simulate Caffeine because caffeine is bad for you
If you can afford it eat whole meats or canned meats
Ideally for bulk you want 2500 kcal and 130g+ protein
If you eat like this you will genuinely feel better and look better
