This guy "OsbornTramain" on youtube is going rogue striking everyone that uses this clip because he transferred it from a reel himself.
Since it's a unique video on the platform, he basically has full control of it regardless of fair use exceptions as youtube gives you the controls to check when your footage is used anywhere.
Of course if someone bothers to fight back with a counter-claim and potentially court, this nonsense would stop but neither party would want to deal with that stuff around so the guy wins by default.
