If VSync is turned on, on your graphics card settings the cap is built in It's because your monitor doesn't go further than 60fps The waittimer is there for computers that have VSync turned off so it doesn't play the game too fast

FileZilla It always worked fine on 000webhost but since the x10hosting change, it would treat some files as text files (without the extension) which made all attachments corrupted. This was fixed by changing the ends to .jpg then renaming them in filezilla
