I got rid of Doom and it still kept changing the ip however restarting the modem fixed it

It did it again this morning, so I restarted the Modem and the Server pc and I think it's all sorted now... I'M HOPING!

Sorry about the downtime basicly all day... I tried putting a Doom server up on same pc as the website then our modem becomes a fuckwit and keeps changing the ip of the pc all the bloody time

I just programmed an application where at 12am and 12pm (UTC + 10), the Server PC will restart, meaning the site will be down for maybe 1-2 minutes after those times I made this because sometimes the PC loses the internet every known then (meaning the site goes down too) which requires to unplug...
