"Basic" section? What?

Really? BASIC? I mastered BASIC in the sixth grade and haven't heard it mentioned since my senior year in high school. Who still uses it?

There is that Dsi game on the shop that uses "basic"

And me and Chris use Blitz3D/BlitzMAX for fun
which is a modified "basic" language so dunno if that counts

While it is the basic language you can do advanced stuff with it
and if you need to, you can create addons in C for blitz3d
