Ok I'd like to point out as of Genocide 0.06, FPS capping options are added in the options menu.
It has 4 modes:
Off - No cap at all, goes as fast as the computer can go but can be unstable if it goes too high.
30FPS - If you want to be a console peasant, use this.
60FPS - If you want to be a PC master-race use this.
120FPS - If you want to be an ultra uber PC master-race user, use this (Make sure you're using a 120fps capable monitor ;)).
This is now possible as the game has Delta Timing now which basically means it catches and speeds up/down depending on the FPS so the game doesn't run too fast! (Or if your PC is very very crap or is capped to 30FPS, it basically doubles the speed)
