I tried to open them with different tools that support ARC and nothing work!
I am trying to get the sprites and sound effects from this game Tokimeki Memorial Online
if anyone knows about opening a ARC file I would really appreciate your help!

I put only the data folder in zip so its easier for you to navigate. Just download the zip and figure out what you can do with the ARC files.
