NUS Downloader is a tool that allows you to easily access the resources present on Nintendo's Update Servers.
Lets say you need some wii bios, you can download em directly from the server for use with an actual wii or with programs like Dolphin.

Can't this also download DSI games? Like, even though they shut down the ESHOP?

I want to pick up a PAL DSI so i can get the UK/AU version of Paper Plane as it's the last version i am missing.

I purchased EVERYTHING from the iQue and Korean DSI Eshops however only a few from USA. I got paper plane, pyoro (birds n beans), asphalt 4, rayman etc..
