Here's an amazing seemingly lost PS3 theme I downloaded only recently. (2016, 2017?)
Can't find the download link but it's called "PS3 Theme By Paolok95"
Also a cool XP theme, I don't see why this theme couldn't work as a PTF file though.
To install, get CFW and install cxmb:
http://wololo.net/downloads/index.php/download/7680
Then drag your CTF files in either PSP\THEME\ or PSP\THEMESPECIAL
