This game / software works completely portably. No installation required.
It's like that on the native steam version as well.
I guess they don't maintain it very well.
EDIT: I deleted my CF2.5 Folder on steam, and redownloaded the entire thing without using Extension Manager.
I noticed Admob is newer than in extension manager, dating to 2023.
...But I'm still missing "Google Play Games" etc. Guess it doesn't come with the DLC?
But I just double checked my upload here as it was put together in 2024, and indeed Admob inside this release is version 5 and not 3.
Doesn't really look like much of anything has changed since 2023 actually. I even checked the steam depot website.

I only have everything that was available from the extension manager or DLC.
If it involves getting it from a clickstore, I don't have it.
When exporting the application as aab, the project appears in the temp folder for a short time that can be opened in Android Studio.
maybe there is a way to fix it from there
