Just uninstall the fuck out of nahimic and you should be fine.
That program is just some audio enhancer that increases bass etc on the fly. But it's just gonna eat some CPU usage and break the fuck out of compatibility and cause static.
If you still want bass settings etc just go you Sound in control panel and click the enhancements tab.
Do that shit and you should be fine, you may need to reinstall Realtek audio drivers not too sure.
