OH! I literally frame edited it by hand in Paint.net adjusting the HUE and used VEGAS to stitch it together. I basically just had a GBA intro video loaded up on a second monitor trying to make it intentionally janky. But somehow by all means, it came out pretty good and smoother than I thought...
