Powder game 1 and 2 into a application program?

Hello. I was wondering if Powder game 1 and 2 could be made into apps for Windows or mobile, or both, I know powder game 1 is already on Android but the second one isn't.
I remember playing these a lot in the school computers when I was young, and I'd like to get them into apps.
Can it be done?

Probably, it could be ported into that "enscripten" wrapper thing a lot of people are using these days. Essentially a fancy webapp.
Not sure how it would handle right clicking though for the alt materials (such as fireworks+magma)
