Here's a portable archive of notevendoommusic.com, in case the site shuts down after 2020
To view the page in it's original state, edit c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and add the line:

127.0.0.1 notevendoommusic.com

And use some hosting software (such as XAMPP), extract all the files locally to it's \htdocs folder.
Once your webhost is running, now when you navigate to notevendoommusic.com on your browser, this localhost copy will load instead.
It has to be loaded this way as NEDM2.SWF loads it's image/music data directly from that domain.
